All sales are final.
There are no returns except in the case of breakage. If breakage occurs, save all goods and packaging materials in order to facilitate a claim and receive a return authorization number.
All breakage and shortage claims must be made within three working days of delivery date. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Flavour Design Studio reserves the right to repair original product before considering replacement.
Since most products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, glaze, paperstock, hardware etc. may occur. Flavour ensures that any changes made to the design will not impact the quality and/or overall aesthetic.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to Flavour Design as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Flavour Design (e.g. wrong item/color).
Flavour Design will only exchange items purchased through flavourdesign.com and a copy of your receipt is required (purchased within 30 days). Items purchased through a Flavour Design retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
